My martingale collars are made in the USA. My width and lenthg ofthe collars range from a 1 and 1/2 to 3 amd 1/2 inches. I have a variety of fabric and colors. My leashes start at 3 feet and they are different than the others. The handle is adjustable to size. If your hand is smaller or bigger than your spouse/mate.
